1. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful content or personal data belonging to others without permission.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape the service or overload our infrastructure.
• Do not use the AI features to generate deceptive credentials or falsified employment history.

3. AI-generated output

Roadmaps, assessments, resume feedback, job match scores, project briefs and interview feedback are generated with AI assistance. Output may contain errors and must be reviewed before you rely on it. You own the content you submit; you are responsible for what you publish from generated output.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans, where enabled, renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice.

5. Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change, and third-party AI providers may impose rate limits that temporarily affect generation.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk for other users.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillBridge AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost opportunities, offers or income arising from use of the service.
